Majority of people are unable to visualize the space of an empty room. Staging creates an emotional connection with potential buyers and highlights the home’s best qualities. Here are a few before and afters of a recent project.

Now that we all have white, white and more white- BROWN is trying to re-enter our lives!!! Sherwin Williams color of the year is REDEND POINT. I shall call it Earthy- not Brown, LOL!

I love to style with Earth tones, so I have to say I am pretty excited about the move to a more warm and inviting color pallet

I can’t wait to use some of these colors in my 2023 stages!

Vacant Staging adds life, personality and character to an otherwise stale, cold and hard to imagine home. Most buyers can’t visualize furniture in a room which means they can’t visualize themselves living there. Staged homes bring in more traffic which leads to better sales! This home was staged and under contract quicker than simular homes in the same market.
